EXPRESS SHIPPING- If you have an express shipment and order is placed before 1 pm, please contact us to let us know, so we can get that shipment out right away that day if possible. If you do not contact us and we ship out the next business day, we will not refund your shipping expenses. Express shipments take 1-2 business days depending on your location. Our system is set up to print out invoices for USPS shipping only. If you used another shipping service and you need an invoice please let us know, and we will include one.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING- If you choose first class mail it can take anywhere from 7-30 days to arrive, not including customs holding, and is not trackable after it leaves the US. USPS Priority mail will take 6-10 business days to arrive, and is not trackable after it leaves the US. Express mail will take 3-5 business days to arrive, and has up to date tracking information available. Although USPS is the cheapest method of shipping UPS is the safest. UPS is the safest method of shipping for international packages and has up to date tracking available. Delivery times are estimated during check out

SPECIAL ORDERED ITEMS: Please check your email for order status. You will get an email stating when the item will ship out, or if the item has to be ordered. If you cannot wait for the item to come in, please respond to the email right away. If we order the item and you change your mind you will be charged a 10% restocking fee. We print out label for all shipments if they ship that day or not so please be sure to check for email from us with order delay status.

RETURNS ON NON CUSTOM UN OPENED PACKAGES ONLY. YOU CAN WRITE RETURN TO SENDER ON THE UN TOUCHED/UN OPENED PACKAGE. IF PACKAGE IS OPEN EXCHANGE ONLY. EXCHANGES ARE FREE FOR ITEMS OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE. WE DO PAY FOR SHIPPING EXCHANGE LABELS. IF ITEM DOES NOT FIT OR THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE ITEM, WE WILL EMAIL YOU A LABEL TO SEND THE ITEM BACK AND MAIL BACK THE ITEM FOR FREE AS LONG AS THE ITEM EXCHANGE IS FOR EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE. ALSO THE ITEM HAS TO BE UNWORN WITH NO RIPS TEARS, AND BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION. EXCHANGES HAS TO BE APPROVED AND BE POSTMARKED WITHIN 4 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER DELIVERY. ALL ITEMS ARE NEW and sold as is. Some of our items have been in stock for a while. Inside clothing tag (not tag on outside, most of out items does not have tags) may be weathered. But please examine the clothing itself. You will observe the clothing is brand new. If for any reason one of our items does not meet your approval, please take a picture with your phone of the area that is in question. Email the picture and explanation to info@primadonsanddonnas.com for an exchange

DAMAGED ITEMS. All item are shipped out brand new. Most items do not have tags. Please be careful when opening up packages. Please do not cut the clothing. If the item is sent back with a cut, the return will not be accepted. If the item is damaged when trying on items exchange will not be granted. We examine all items before shipping out to ensure the item is not damaged. If the item is damaged during transit, we are not responsible. You may purchase additional insurance for $2. Please email after purchase so we may adjust final payment.

WE SEND YOU THE WRONG ITEM. If we send you the wrong size or color or item we will email you an exchange label to send the item back and we will send out the correct item right away. The exchange label has to be printed and used within 24 hours. If we email you the label, and it goes bad, you are now responsible for paying return shipping cost. All you have to do is place the item back in the packaging, and place the new label on it, and put it in the mail box. If you want to keep the item, please send a picture as proof that the item was incorrect and we will apply a 20% discount to your next order, or take 10% off that order. We have to be notified within 3 business days so we can hold the item for you, and return item has to mailed out no more than 2 days later. Some of our items go fast, and stock may be sold. We will not take back orders over a week old.

EMBELLISHED ITEMS- Customized items can take from 4 days to 4 weeks to ship out. If it a large order, we will send you an estimated time. Times are estimated and sometimes take longer. Since items are hand embellished not all items will be the same. Items will have a similar likeness, but not be the same exact. There are no returns or exchanges on custom items. Shipping estimates that are given, are stated estimate if you place an order the same day. If the order is not placed that day, and another custom order comes in, the estimate will be delayed.

DISCOUNTS AND FREE SHIPPING- discounts cannot be combined. You may choose to use free shipping or discount by %. Discount by a % cannot be applied to ANY custom or embellished items..

You can please send an email attached to the order confirmation before return. Also, include the package slip with the return and indicate if it is a return or exchange on the slip. If you purchased more than one item and you are returning part of the order please circle the item you want to return. Email us for return address
